The program of the Ninth International Conference on Low Temperature Physics is presented along with the abstracts of papers presented thereat. Symposia were held on: superfluidity, superconductors, liquid helium, Fermi surfaces, low temperature transitions, quantum liquids, and dilute alloys with transition metals.
