THERMO MECHANICAL TREATMENTS APPLIED TO ULTRAHIGH-STRENGTH BAINITES

摘要

The mechanical properties of Hll and A2SI 4350 steels were determined for a series of bauxites formed from both deformed and unreformed austenite. These bauxites were also subjected to subsequent straining and tempering treatments. Similar thermo mechanical treatments involving marten site as the essential transformation product were included for comparison purposes.
