Two isomers of S2F2 were prepared by heating AgF and S. The relative mass spectral cracking patterns of both isomers are reported. For one isomer, microwave transitions for the S32 = S32F2, S32 = S32 F2 and S34 = S32F2 species were obtained. The structure was determined to be pyramidal S = SFp with d(SS) = 1.860 + 0.015 A , d(SP) = 1-598 + 0-012 A , SSF = 107.5° + 1° , and Z5SF = 92^5° + 1°. The dipole moment was 1.03 t 0.03 D. For the second isomer, microwave transitions for the FS32 S32 F and FS32S34F species were obtained. The structure was determined to be nonplanar chain FSSF with d(SS)= 1.888 0.01 A. , d(SF) = 1.635 0.01 A ,
