COMPETING FLIGHT CONTROL SYSTEMS FOR ENTRY GLIDER LATERAL CONTROL

摘要

Three competing adaptive lateral control systems for an entry glider are evolved and compared,. In the course of the evolutionary process, entry vehicle dynamic characteristics are examined and approximate literal transfer functions are determined;some handling qualities requirements are postulated and competing systems consistent with these requirements are indicated;the systems are formulated and studied using multi-loop analysis techniques where appropriate.
