Automatic Data Processing in Psychophysiology: A System in Operation

摘要

An automatic system for processing physiological data is described. Through the use of this system and proper programming, the complex and varied data processing problems of psychophysiological research can be handled appropriately and with relative ease. The system has the following advantages: (1) The data are stored in dynamic form for easy retrieval. (2) The flexible sampling arrangement meets the needs of psychophysiological experiments independent of their time course. (3) The output is in a format compatible with high-speed computing facilities.
