In accordance with the established procedure, each rapporteur prepared a questionnaire, which was circulated by the Secretariat to all countries members of the Economic Commission for Europe. On the basis of the replies received, preliminary-reports were prepared and submitted to the Group of Experts with a view to their publication in final form.nThis volume is the third of the series in which the reports approved by the ad hoc Group of Experts are published.
