This work, which is being performed to test numerically and in rugged topography with complicated Bouguer-structures, several methods for accurate gravimetric determination of deflections and deflectiondifferences, was proposed during the IGC-meeting in Paris 1962 by professor Morelli.nThe working group on "The use of gravity anomalies in Geodesy',' created at the same meeting began the preparation for defining precisely the aim of the study and for collecting necessary gravimetric and astrogeodetic material.
