H-GUIDE LOG-PERIODIC SLOT ANTENNA

A theoretical and experimental investigation of an end-firen(as contrasted to a conventional back-fire design) flush-mounted . Log-periodic slot antenna is described.nThe antenna consists of two log-periodic slot arrays cut in one of the metal walls of a tapered H-guide.nThe antenna receives excitation at the large end of the structure and radiates toward the small end, yet retaining pattern integrity over large bandwidth.
