Tangential Stress Experiments on Corrugated Steel Panels (Schubknickversuche MIT Wellblechtafeln)

Experiments on tangential stress in corrugated steel sheets were made to determine the buckling deformation and safe loading of the sheets. The experimental findings were compared with the theoretical buckling stress, which results in an orthogonal-anisotropic sheet corresponding to the corrugated steel sheet. (Author)
