The application of electrolytic hygrometer cells for the measurement of atmospheric moisture and carbon dioxide was investigated. A carbon dioxide-moisture converter was devised. After system feasibility was proved, a laboratory model was built. Some difficulties were experienced with capillary electrolytic cells and flow control. The selection of optimum components is important. (Author)
