PRODUCTION ENGINEERING MEASURE POLYCARBONATE PLASTIC FILM

This report contains the details of the progress made during the second quarter of the polycarbonate plastic film program. In general, the objectives stated in items 11 to 22, 25-35 of the Management Evaluation Program have been accomplished. That is,n(a) The extrusion equipment has been completely set up and debugged for film operation returning to the baseline conditions established previously.n(b) The manual feed system has been evaluated and set up inna manner that eliminates moisture streaks. An automatic feed system is now being designed for installation by 15 January, 1966.n(c) The biaxial orientation equipment has been installed and mechanically debugged.
