摘要

A theoretical and experimental investigation has been made of the application of feedback to semiconductor energy sensors.nBy the application of feedback the sensor becomes an energy comparator with improved dynamic response.nThe comparator characteristics are determined by their physical (mechanical) characteristics towards their environment and are practically independent of the electrical sensor characteristics. Simple compensation over a wide temperature range is then often possible.nPractical applications are discussed and evaluated such as, temperature measurement, RMS measurement, pressure measurement and radiation measurement.
