摘要

Synthesis procedures are extended for counting bitable circuits from given dc bitable configurations and two silicon-integrated bitable circuits are described. In the synthesis, active devices are represented by a controlled-conductance model. The controlled-conductance model is first derived from a consideration of the principles underlying charge-control device operation. The model is also applicable to non-charge-control active devices. These results make evident the straightforward application of the synthesis procedures utilizing enhancement or depletion mode active devices.
