PRODUCTION TRAINING IN TOPOGRAPHIC TECHNICAL SCHOOLS

The Kiev Topographical Technical School reorganized its work in corres¬pondence with the "Law on Strengthening the Relationship of the School with Life". From the first days of the studies the theoretical training is associated with practical lessons. The theoretical preparation of students happens chiefly in winter time. The favorable climatic conditions make possible to do practical lessons under field conditions, close to production conditions, not only in summer, but also in the spring and in the fall. The very favorable territorial arrangement of the Technical School on the outskirts of Kiev city also contributes to this. Here, practical lessons can be organized in all types of topographical geodetic works. The practical lessons are conducted by the individual team method according to the calendar work plan of the instructors.
