Dynamical and Stability Characteristics of a Class of Periodic Symmetric Horseshoe Shaped Orbits in the Jupiter-Sun Restricted Three Body Problem

The horseshoe shaped orbit is used as a basis for a class of periodic orbits and this class is continued under a specified criterion. The stability of these periodic orbits is investigated. The existence of many periodic horseshoe shaped families is shown. (Author)
