Design and Fabrication of Optical Filters for Selected Laser Frequencies

摘要

A report is given of the design, fabrication, and evaluation of a helium-neon laser optical filter. The filter is centered at 6328A with a half-power bandwidth of about 1.5A and a peak transmission of about 45%.
