DEVICE FOR SPRAYING FERROMAGNETIC FILMS ON A SUBSTRATE IN A VACUUM

In order to assure uniformity in the films, both as to thickness and magnetic properties, in the proposed device the sublayers are ar¬ranged in the box vertically as to the inner surface turning around the spraying cylinder. The number of films depends on the dimensions of the vacuum hood under which the spraying occurs, and the dimensions of the sublayers.
