摘要

The solution to the problem of determining the frequency of oscillations in composite shells is of great practical importance. For this purpose it is best to use the method of dynamic stiffness, as taken from other parts of the theory of oscillation, in particular from 1 he theory of oscillation of rod systems [1]. Previously the author used it for solving problems of axisymmetrical oscillations of annular plates and cylindrical shells [2]. It is possible further to widen the field of application for the method of dynamic stiffness and to use i for investigating arbitrary oscillations of composite shells.
