摘要

For the direct synthesis of organic semiconductors, important significance is placed on investigation of the dependence of electrophysical properties on atomic structures and the nature of the chemical bond. With this purpose in mind, we entered into the investigation of a series of chelae’s and polychelates. Chelate compounds are of interest in the crystallo-chemical relationship of classes of polymeric compounds and monogenic analogs with little studied electrophysical properties.
