DETERMINATION OF VERTICAL WIND GUSTS ON THE BASIS OF OSCILLATIONS OF AIRCRAFT IN FLIGHT WITH THE PILOT’S ACTION ON CONTROL LEVERS TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT

In the data of registration of elements of disturbed longitudinal motion of an aircraft in a specific flight there are calculated values of the vertical wind velocities. The calculations are made on the basis of different variants of approximate formulas with and without taking into account the pilot's counteraction to the dynamics of the flight. A comparison of results is made and a conclusion on the role. of various factors and the accuracy of variants of the calculation is made.
