Further studies of CdS single crystal growth: (a) Influence of N2H2S composition on growth habit and on shift of stoichiometry (using dark conductivity as indication);(b) influence of post growth cooling-down procedures (cooling rate, gas composition) on stoichiometry;(c) doping with copper without Gl2 coactivation, using Cu-metal.
