摘要

Potassium silyl was prepared by the reaction of disilane, Si2H6,with slight excess of potassium hydride in the presence of monoglyme, 1,2-dimethoxy ethane,over a period of 24hours at room temperature. After removing volatile products,an excess of germyl chloride was distilled in and allowed to react with SiH3K at room temperature for fifteen minutes. Si2H6 +KH yields SiH3K + SiH4. SiH3K + GeH3Cl yields GeH3SiH3. Germyl silane, GeH3SiH3,produced,was purified by fractionating on a low-temperature column held at approximately -115C to separate GeH3SiH3from Si2H6and Ge2H6.
