Mean-resultant wind profiles are presented by individual months averaged throughout the period 1956 through 1959 and by alternate year groupings for certain stations. Mean-resultant wind component percentage profiles are averaged on a seasonal basis for the entire period and by alternate year groupings for certain stations. (Author)
