Junior officers commissioned via the NROTC Regular program responded to a questionnaire designed to measure: l) the importance of various aspects of a career, 2) the obtain ability of these aspects by a naval career, and 3) the degree to which in each aspect the Navy career has the advantage over most likely held civilian jobs.
