Epr Spectra of Impurity Ions in Ferroelectric Hosts

摘要

EPR of Fe(3+), Mn(4+), and Ni(3+) were measured in KTaO3 from room temperature down to 4K. Also some optical absorption spectra of Ti(3+), V(3+), Mn(4+), Ni(2+) , and Cu(2+) in KTaO3 are reported. (Author)
