The accomplishments during the fifth reporting period were the manufacturing completion of the test capacitors in the production run. The start-up of the reliability proof test was completed with the 9,150 test capacitors divided into thirteen groups on 125C life test. All of the capacitors completed the 1,000 hours parameter measurements and some 3,085 capacitors completed parameter measurements after 2,000 hours on test. (Author)
