摘要

Volume II contains the tensile program, tabulated data, derivation of Larson-Miller constants and parametric curves, and the relation-ships between actual stabilizer properties and the tensile coupon data for compatibility in the analytical-experimental phase of the program described in Volume IV. This study was performed on the two main structural materials of the horizontal stabilizer, i.e. 7C79-T6 aluminum alloy bare plate and AZ31B-H24 magnesium alloy Data from other sources was used for 7075-T6, 4340 steel, and stain¬less steel, and were regarded as sufficiently accurate for the intended usage.
