A summary of the researches completed during the last year is given along with detailed descriptions of the latest results. Investigation carried out on microwave models of laser resonators and study of new types of open resonators are reported in Part I. Part II is concerned with the study of the time behavior of the light emitted from a many element laser (MEL). (Author)
