Fc.Min (A Forast Program to Find the Minimum of a Constrained Function Without Using Derivatives)

FC.MIN is a FORAST program which is designed to find the minimum of a nonlinear function, with nonlinear constraints, without using derivatives. It is hoped that the program will be useful and that such use may indicate improvements which may be made in the method. (Author)
