The volume presents information necessary for running the program discussed in Volume I. Section 1 contains information on running times, alternative versions of the program, tape requirements and remarks on built-in-options. Section 2 gives starting procedure and input format sheets. The output from the program is discussed in Section 3. Possible stops and running difficulties are discussed in Section 4. Subroutines are listed and cross-referenced in Section 5. Section 6 defines the FORTRAN symbols. The volume concludes with flow charts. (Author)
