Describes the development of a duplexer that combines PIN-diode active switching and a four-port coaxial circulator. The unit has a power capability of 250 watts average and 10 kilowatts peak, can handle antenna mismatches up to two to one, and has a recovery time of about 1 microsecond. (Author)
