Reliability Investigation of Ceramic Multilayer Connection Boards

The report discusses the general construction techniques employed to develop a four-level, screen-printed, ceramic and glass multilayer system and the subsequent reliability testing of finished units. In the course of this investigation four ceramic multilayer construction techniques were developed and three were put through the reliability investigations. Measurement techniques for the completed multilayer are discussed, and the results of the reliability investigation for the completed units are provided. (Author)
