The report presents the facts and conclusions of acceptance tests performed at U. S. Army Mobility Equipment Research and Development Center on the nominal 24,000-Btu/hr air-to-air thermoelectric environmental control unit (TECU) built by Westinghouse Electric Corporation. The TECU is a self-contained,solid-state,heating-cooling device intended for application in controlling electronic van and shelter environment. (Author)
