Metallizing and Evaluation of Boron Nitride Microwave Windows

The objectives of this program are the application of metallizing and bonding techniques to the fabrication and evaluation of high power S-band microwave window assemblies using chemical vapor deposited isotropic boron nitride (CVD-BN) as the window dielectric.
