摘要

The report describes internal investigations of Battery BA-836( )/U which are highly relevant to the present advanced development work. The studies proved that long term unactivated storage life is feasible with simple, inexpensive packaging, that good battery performance is attainable under low as well as high rate discharge conditions, that low temperature performance is highly dependent on electrolyte formulation, and that optimum electrolyte formulations can be readily achieved.
