Described is a method of obtaining organosilicon liquids by hydrolysis of methyl-beta-cyanoethyldichlorosilane followed by catalytic polymerization. To simplify the technology of the process, the hydrolysis of methyl-beta cyanoethyldichlorosilane is carried out together with dialkyldichlorosilane and trialkylchlorosilane or with trialkylchlorosilane.
