Some Experiments on Switching-Type Amorphous Semiconductors

摘要

Several experiments have been conducted which yield information pertinent to establishing some of the behavioral characteristics of amorphous semiconductor switching. Results of such experiments, considered in conjunction with other findings, define conditions which must be accounted for in theoretical interpretation and also point out the direction which further research should take.
