Discussed is a method of producing alkylene-bis-(N,N-dialkylamido fluoroalkylphosphonites). N,N-dialkylamino fluoroalkylhalide phosphines are interacted with glycols or polyfluoroglycols in the presence of a tertiary base in an organic solvent with subsequent isolation of the desired product by conventional methods.
