摘要

Transmission electron microscopy revealed deformation twinning of vanadium pentoxide in partly reduced thin crystals. The twinning elements, determined from selected area diffraction patterns and micrographs, are K1 = (310), K2 = (310), eta1 = (130), eta2 = (130). The relation between these twinning elements and the lattice strain introduced by the reduced oxides is discussed. (Author)
