Temperature and Pressure Dependence of the Optical and Electrical GAP in Chalcogenide Glasses

The optical absorption edge E sub g and the conductivity sigma of two bulk chalcogenide semiconductor glasses were measured as functions of pressure and temperature. Results are discussed.
