摘要

The dependence of adhesion on conditions of paste preparation and the effect of polymer properties on the adhesion were studied. Viscose (Rayon), Kapron (Nylon), Lavsan (Dacron),polystyrene (I),polypropylene (II),and ftorlon fibers were investigated. Binders were thermoreactive resins ED-5, MGF-9,and PN-1,thermoplastic polymers Kapron,poly(vinyl alc.) (III), I,polyethylene (IV),and ftorlon,and latex SKN-40-1GP with metazin. The adhesive strength did not depend on the concentration of I in the solution and on the period of heating through. Adhesion of I to PVC fbers of various elasticities had practically the same values. Adhesion of IV (surface tension 31dynes/cm.) to glass fiber and lavsan was 50to 20kg/sq cm respectively. Mol. adsorption nature of forces of adhesive linkage of polymers is suggested.
