A Manually Operated Dew-or Frost-Point Hygrometer System Using CO2Coolant.

摘要

A simple,inexpensive,manually operated dew-or frost-point hygrometer has been designed,fabricated and installed in a system that functions at atmospheric pressure and vacuum. It is intended primarily for the detection of water vapor pressure in a confined space at vacuum,as encountered in free-flight aerophysics ranges. Illustrations,with dimensions of the hygrometer's component parts,are presented. Calibration and operation procedures are described and the results of the test are reported. (Author)
