A program user's manual to be used for computer programming of the 'First Approximation Satellite Terminal System Evaluation Model' described in Federal Aviation Administration Report FAA-AV-71-1. The latter is designed to analyze the cost effectiveness of off-airport or satellite terminals as a means of relieving groundside congestion in major hub cities. (Author)
