The data contained in these tables were obtained from tape data Family 11 (TDF-11), Marine Surface observations. TDF-11 was primarily funded by the Naval Weather Service Command and selected by NWSED Asherville as the most comprehensive collection of marine surface observations from which to develop a series of coastal marine summaries. This volume contains meteorological data for the Bonin Islands, Volcano Islands, and Marcus Island.
