Gas-Phase Reactions of Atoms, Radicals and Simple Molecules

Literature references are given, and some results are described, for research on fast reactions of ground-state atoms with small molecules, on luminescent reactions of excited atoms, on matrix isolation spectroscopy, and on extreme ultraviolet photolysis. A new application of the phase-shift method of measuring the rates of fast reactions is described. (Author)
