Wind tunnel test data obtained with a 1/9-scale semispan, unpowered, dynamically-scaled Model 213 stowed/tilt rotor are reported. The objectives of the tests were to obtain aerodynamic, structural, and dynamics data during the spinup, feather and blade fold cycles of this vehicle. (Author)
