A Hazard Analysis on a New Design to Automate the Processing of Initiating Explosives

The report is a hazard analysis on a proposed automated system for the processing of initiating explosives. Some related information is provided on the sensitivity of these initiating explosives. Specific hazardous conditions are pointed out and possible solutions are presented. The Appendix contains a step by step method of performing a hazard analysis on an explosive processing system.
