Method of Obtaining Ash-Free Multipurpose Oil Additives

Discussed is a method of obtaining an ash-free multiple additive for oils by condensing polyolefins, maleic anhydride, and polyamines. The method differs from others in that in order to improve the antioxidant and anticorrosion properties of the additive, the condensation product is subjected to interaction with dialkyl- and diaryldithiophosphate acids, and that polyolefins with a molecular weight of 1000-200,000, containing hydrogen atoms at the third carbon atom, are used as polyolefins.
