Automatic Control of a Fixed Geometry Ramjet.

摘要

The operation of a ramjet engine with a fixed nozzle and diffusor geometry is analyzed. It is assumed that the ramjet is the power plant of an experimental aircraft for testing engines with an automatic control. The mechanical control system developed by the author for the ramjet engine for flights at maximum thrust from the initial speed to a pre-set Mach number which is sustained automatically under varying flight conditions is described.
