Binary Detection of Randomly Occurring Signals.

摘要

Use of binary moving-window techniques for detection of randomly occurring signals was investigated. Statistical decision methods appear to offer a means for implementing a reliable signal detection and processing system in a hostile,adverse,or unstable environment. The statistics of the moving-window detector can be obtained by direct computation,without resorting to Monte Carlo simulation and are easily programmed for computer calculation. (Author)
